ProCare Nursing Agency Ltd is a well-established care provider throughout Wales. We are looking for Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMN) and Registered General Nurses (RGN) holding a current NMC registration.

What the role involves

• Applying the Care Programme Approach and managing difficult, high-risk situations (in mental health settings).
• Promoting an atmosphere of dignity and respect with clients and staff through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prioritising the workload and carrying out relevant nursing procedures.
• Supervising junior staff and students.
• Practising autonomously while keeping clear, legible records in line with NMC guidelines.

What you'll need

• Current NMC registration (minimum twelve months).
• At least six months' experience in the field as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
• PMVA training completed within the last twelve months.
• Competence in basic life support.
