About ProCare Nursing
Compassionate, professional and reliable care across Cardiff and the Vale since 1997.

Established in 1997, ProCare Nursing has been delivering compassionate, professional, and reliable domiciliary care services to individuals and families across Cardiff and the Vale for over 25 years.
Our mission is simple: to provide high-quality care that enables people to remain independent, comfortable, and safe in their own homes. We understand that every individual has unique needs, which is why we take a person-centred approach to every aspect of the care we provide.
Over the years, we have built a reputation for excellence through our dedicated team of experienced carers and healthcare professionals. We are committed to promoting dignity, respect, choice, and independence, ensuring that every person we support receives the highest standard of care tailored to their circumstances.
Investing in our people
A key part of our commitment to quality is the investment we make in our workforce. All of our staff undergo extensive training and continuous professional development through our dedicated in-house training facility. We believe that learning is an ongoing journey, and we are continually expanding our training programmes to ensure our carers have the knowledge, skills, and confidence to provide exceptional care. From mandatory training and specialist care courses to personal development opportunities, we encourage our team to grow professionally and achieve their full potential.
Whether providing assistance with daily living, personal care, companionship, or more complex care requirements, our team works closely with clients and their families to deliver support that makes a genuine difference to everyday life.
At ProCare Nursing, we are proud to serve the communities of Cardiff and the Vale, helping people live well in the place they call home. Our long-standing presence in the local area reflects our commitment to providing trusted care services that families can depend on.
We believe that exceptional care begins with exceptional people, and we remain dedicated to maintaining the values of compassion, professionalism, integrity, and continuous improvement that have guided us since 1997.
Training & development
Trained, supported and always learning
All staff training is delivered through Healthcare Academi Cymru (HAC), our sister organisation and an approved centre with Highfield, Agored Cymru and City & Guilds — accredited by the Institute of Conflict Management, BILD and CPD. Every new team member completes a structured training plan over their first 12 weeks.
