Compliments

What our clients say

After my health declined, I lost confidence in doing even simple things. Since ProCare started supporting me, everything has changed. My carers encourage me to make my own choices and support me to get out of the house again. I'm now doing things I never thought I'd get back to — and I feel like myself again.

Service user

My mum has complex needs, and finding the right care was incredibly important to us. From the very beginning, ProCare showed compassion, professionalism, and genuine respect. As a family, we feel reassured knowing she is treated with the dignity she deserves.

Family member

Before ProCare, we were constantly worried — especially at night and during personal care routines. Now, the carers are reliable, skilled, and always communicate clearly. That peace of mind has lifted such a weight from our shoulders.

My carers are kind and patient. They help me with things I find difficult, but they also listen to what I want. I feel safe when they're with me, and I like that they take time to talk to me and not rush.

Service user

When my husband's condition worsened, we were overwhelmed. The ProCare team stepped in with understanding and calmness. They guided us through what needed to be done and adapted quickly as things changed. Their support during that time meant everything to our family.

Family member

Having the same carers visit regularly has made such a difference. They've built a genuine relationship, understand routines, and know exactly how to support. That consistency has created trust — not just for my dad, but for all of us.

Family member

I still like to do things myself, and my carers respect that. They help me where I need it but let me stay in control. That means a lot to me. It helps me feel independent and proud.

Service user

It's not just the care — it's the kindness. The carers always take that extra moment, whether it's making a cup of tea, having a chat, or noticing when something isn't quite right. You can't train that level of compassion — it comes from who they are.
